Nothing disappears. Your pets, past reports and reminders stay available. You just can't start a new analysis or add a third pet until you upgrade to Pro.
No. Two pets are included in the free plan. Pro is for households with three or more pets, or for pets whose condition means frequent bloodwork.
Anytime, from your profile. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account simply returns to the free plan.
Credit and debit cards through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; your bank converts to your local currency. Where required, tax is added at checkout.
No, on any plan. We explain what the numbers and images mean so you can have a better conversation with your vet. Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to them.
